Point Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: POTP) today announced that the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective its Form S-4 Registration Statement, which contains a joint proxy statement/prospectus relating to the proposed merger with DARA BioSciences, Inc.
