Other Events

On April 22, 2010 we issued a press release announcing that we are now in compliance with all applicable NASDAQ requirements for continued listing and that, accordingly, on April 21, 2010 The NASDAQ Stock Market notified us that they have determined to continue the listing of our securities on The NASDAQ Capital Market. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
