NETSOL Technologies Announces Resolution of Shareholder Derivative Litigation

NetSol Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:NTWK) (“NETSOL” or the

industry, today announced that on May 30, 2017, Los Angeles
Superior Court Judge Kenneth R. Freeman signed the Final Judgment
and Order approving settlement and dismissing with prejudice the
shareholder derivative litigation involving the Company. As a
result, all shareholder litigation involving the Company is
resolved.
