Subject to the completion of the review and restatement, the Company presently expects to complete and file its periodic reports for the quarter ended April 2, 2005 and the fiscal year ended July 2, 2005 by September 30, 2005. As previously disclosed, NASDAQ has granted the Company an extension until September 30, 2005 to file these periodic reports.
