Haggar Gets Perfect Vision With I-dealoptics Haggar Announces New License Agreement For Eyewear DALLAS, July 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Frank Bracken, president and chief operating officer of Haggar Clothing Co., a leading marketer of men's and women's casual and dress apparel, announces that it has signed a licensing agreement with The Feldman Corporation, d.b.a.
