Item
7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
October 6, 2020, Harbor Custom Development, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has secured
$11 million in construction financing from Sound Capital. The financing is intended to be used for single family home construction
on 25 lots at Soundview Estates, a 240 lot subdivision located in Bremerton, Washington. The Company anticipates that construction
will commence on the 25 lots in November 2020.
Sound
Capital has previously provided financing to the Company for its other area developments, including Valley View Estates, Settler’s
Field, and Lakeland Village. One of our directors, Robb Kenyon, is a partner at Sound Capital.
