EuroTrust A/S (Nasdaq: EURO) announced today that it has renegotiated its agreement with Canal Digital, one of the largest cable television operators in the Scandanavian market, to provide enhanced content and to extend its agreement until 2009. The enhanced service will build on the existing basic content offered by EuroTrust's dk4 channel, which is currently available to approximately 50% of Danish households, by the addition of selected prime-time sporting events offered by EuroTrust's new all-sports channel, 4Sport. The new combined channel, referred to as dk4+, will launch September 30, 2005. Under the new agreement, EuroTrust's per-subscriber revenue rate for dk4+ will increase substantially. Aldo Petersen, EuroTrust's CEO, said "At current subscriber levels, the new agreement with Canal Digital will materially enhance our revenues. Further more, we believe that the enhanced content of dk4+ establishes an attractive platform that could improve our already strong penetration of the Danish market and opens up possible new avenues for significant commercial advertising revenue." EuroTrust (Nasdaq ADS: EURO) owns a cable/satellite network in Denmark and is one of the largest provider of mobile televisions production services in Scandinavia, operating a fleet of eight state-of-the-art mobile units including one of the few high definition production units in Northern Europe.
