Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A ("Amendment No. 1") amends Carlyle Secured Lending Inc.'s (the "Company") Current Report on Form 8-K dated January 17, 2024, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on January 17, 2024 (the "Original Filing" and "Original Filing Date").
This Amendment No. 1 is being filed solely to announce an updated time of the conference call to 11:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 to announce its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results.
Pursuant to Rule 12b-15 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, a copy of the entire press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The information disclosed under this Item 7.01, including Exhibit 99.1 hereto, is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and shall not be deemed incorporated by reference into any filing made under the Securities Act 1933, except as expressly set forth by specific reference in such filing.

Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023 Financial Results and
Investor Conference Call
New York – Carlyle Secured Lending, Inc. (“Carlyle Secured Lending”) (NASDAQ: CGBD) will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 to announce its fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results, updated from 10:00 a.m. EST as part of the prior announcement. A news release containing the quarterly results will be issued after market close on Monday, February 26, 2024.
The conference call will be available via public webcast via a link on Carlyle Secured Lending’s website at carlylesecuredlending.com and will also be available on the website soon after the call’s completion.
