On February 15, 2024, Mr. James M. Garnett, Jr., director on the Company's Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman passed away. Mr. Garnett had been a member of the Company's Board since 2018. The Company is extremely grateful for Mr. Garnett's dedication to the Company and his service as a director on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Darryl M. Demos has been appointed the interim Audit Committee Chairman. Mr. Demos has been a member of the Company's Audit Committee since 2022.
