On December 10, 2020, Ms. Janet Moore stepped down as Corporate Secretary, as part of her previously announced retirement from Biomerica, Inc. The board of directors appointed Mr. Allen Barbieri to serve as the Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective December 10, 2020.
