Pound Rises Ahead Of U.K. Construction PMI

At 4:30 am ET Wednesday, U.K. CIPS/Markit construction PMI for
July is due. Economists forecast the PMI to drop to 54.0 in July
from 54.8 in June.
Ahead of the data, the pound rose against its major rivals.
As of 4:25 am ET, the pound was trading at 0.8947 against the
euro, 1.2793 against the Swiss franc, 1.3233 against the U.S.
dollar and 146.72 against the yen.
