The Company was notified that on 6 September 2023 that Mr. Samir Ayub, Finance Director, ceased to be a participant in the Company's voluntary five year Save As Your Earn scheme and consequently the share option over 7,425 ordinary shares of 25p in the Company lapsed unexercised.

Following this, Mr. Ayub remains interested in the Ordinary shares of the Company through his personal holdings, deferment of short-term bonuses and awards under the Company's long term incentive plan, as disclosed in the 2023 Annual Report.
