ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

On October 25, 2007, Jonathan Burstein, a director of the Company since 1999, informed the Board of Directors of Talon International, Inc. (the "Company") that he is resigning as a Class II Director of the Company, effective immediately. The Company has not yet identified a replacement director for Mr. Burstein.
