American Stock Exchange Lists Common Stock of PanAmerican Bancorp
NEW YORK, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R)
(Amex(R)) today listed the common stock of PanAmerican Bancorp
under the ticker symbol PNB. PanAmerican Bancorp is the holding
company for PanAmerican Bank, an independent community bank serving
customers through branches located from Miami to Boca Raton,
Florida. The Bank provides a range of personal and business banking
services, certificates of deposit, loans, residential mortgages,
and investment and trust services. At year-end 2003, Pan American
Bank is a $170 million asset bank up from $100 million and recently
acquired the assets of Gulf Bank of Miami as part of its growth
