Protected Notes Linked to a Basket of Asian Currencies. The basket
of currencies includes the Japanese Yen, the Chinese Renminbi, the
Singapore Dollar, the Indonesian Rupiah, the Philippine Peso and
the Indian Rupee. Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer
size of 1,000,000 shares, this equity trades under the ticker
symbol AWO and has a maturity date of December 6, 2008. The notes
