(NALTO) has announced the appointment of Matt Young, Chief Operating Officer of All Star
Recruiting Strategic Healthcare Staffing, to its Board of
Directors. During Young's more than 14-year career in the locum
tenens space, he has touched every aspect of the business, from
hiring and training, to operations and information technology, to
sales and executive leadership.

the Board of Directors and with all NALTO members to support the
ongoing development and maintenance of the integrity of the locum
tenens industry," said Young.
In 2011, Young joined All Star as the company launched its locum
tenens division. Since then, All Star has grown at an
unprecedented rate, becoming one of the fastest-growing locum
tenens organizations.
Prior to joining All Star, Young partnered with a physician to
start up a locum tenens staffing business, Onyx MD Locum Tenens
Staffing, in Denver,
Colorado. Until 2010, Young served as Director of Operations
for this new enterprise, developing and expanding the
organization.
Young has served on both the Ethics and Membership Committees
for NALTO and has spoken on critical industry topics at numerous
conferences.
