                       Change of Significant Shareholding


The board of Zambezi Nickel were notified today that on 25 May 2007 Zambezi
Resources Limited sold, through the market, 10,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p
each in the Company at a price of 5p per share.

Following the transaction, Zambezi Resources Limited now holds 26,633,621
Ordinary Shares in the Company (35.3% of the total number of Ordinary Shares in
issue).
