Wyatt Group, the owner of employment services provider Premier Employer
Solutions Limited ("PES") was today notified of the following transactions by
Ian Rummels, director of Wyatt and managing director of PES:


  * Transfer of 137,931 shares to his wife, Mrs Miranda Rummels
  * Transfer of 275, 862 shares to his self invested pension plan ("SIPP")
  * Sale of 289,655 shares to his SIPP at a price of 14.5p per share



Under the companies legislation, Mr Rummels is deemed to be interested in the
shares which are the subject of the transactions and retains an interest in a
total of 1,066, 086 shares in Wyatt, representing approximately 7.6 per cent. of
Wyatt's issued share capital.
