Trading Statement and Board Appointments



Wyatt Group announces that it expects to report a significant improvement in
trading for the year ended 31 March 2007 compared to the loss making position of
previous years.



The principal contribution to this improvement comes from an employment related
product marketed by PES Consulting, its tax, legal services and human resource
employment services subsidiary.



Risksmart, which provides on-line fire risk assessment solutions, is expected to
show a near break-even result for the period.



The Group is now trading profitably and generating cash on a month by month
basis.  The Board anticipates the improvements to continue in the current year
and is actively pursuing a policy of increasing its product offering to reduce
its dependence on large single products and produce long term sustainable
growth.



Wyatt is also pleased to announce the following executive Director appointments
to the Board:-



Ian Richard Rummels aged 38 years from Charfield, Gloucestershire.  Ian started
his career with Ernst & Young where he spent 14 years working in the employment
tax department.  In 2001 and as a Senior Manager Ian left to found his own
employment consultancy company called Premier Employer Solutions Limited (PES)
which was based in Bristol.  In May 2004 needing further investment to continue
the company's growth Ian sold PES to Wyatt Group PLC.  PES remains an important
Wyatt subsidiary and Ian remains as its Managing Director, a role which he will
continue to fulfil alongside his new PLC Board responsibilities.  These new
responsibilities will include Ian being tasked with the development of the
Group's strategy going forward.



Directorships: Premier Employer Solutions Limited, PES (HPS) Limited, Premier
Employee Benefits Limited, Premier Developments Limited.



David Phillip Curtis aged 30 years from Tytherington, Gloucestershire, is
appointed as Finance Director.  In 1998 David started his career within the
audit department of Ernst & Young.  Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in
2001, David moved into industry in Financial Controller roles in Linden Homes
and UVI Limited before accepting the Group Financial Controller position in
Wyatt Group PLC in April 2005.

Bob Holt will remain as Non executive Chairman and David Robertson and Reg
Pomphrett will continue in their non executive roles.
