               Resignation of Chairman and Non-Executive Director 
 
Vyke Communications plc (AIM: VYKE), the leading mobile Voice over Internet 
Protocol provider, announces that by mutual consent Tommy Jensen, Executive 
Chairman, and Jorgen Peter Rasmussen, Non-Executive Director, have stepped down 
from the Board of Vyke  with immediate effect.  The Company is currently 
reviewing options with regards to the potential appointment of new Non-Executive 
Directors (including a non-Executive Chairman) to Vyke's Board and further 
announcements will be made at the appropriate time. 
 
Mohammad Asif, Chief Executive of Vyke Communications, commented, "The Board
