In accordance with the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Vordere PLC hereby notifies the market of the Company's issued share capital as at 28 February 2018 comprises 199,726,889 ordinary shares of GBP0.02 each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 199,726,889.
