The Board of Tolent plc is pleased to announce that Peter Hems will be appointed
as a Non-executive Director with effect from 6th June 2007.

Peter Kenneth Hems (aged 58 years), a chartered accountant, was a partner of
Grant Thornton UK LLP since 1979. He ceased to be a partner on 31st March 2007
but continues in a consultancy role for the firm and as Chairman of Trustees for
the Grant Thornton Defined Benefit Pension Scheme. In addition Peter is a
director of Amco Corporation PLC and Amco Estates Limited.

Peter has been, but is no longer, a director of Bethwell Limited, GTPN2 Limited,
GTPN1 Limited, Grant Thornton Property Nominees Limited, GTN2 Limited, GTN1
Limited and Grant Thornton Nominees Limited.

There are no further matters to be disclosed under the AIM rules.
