Software as a Service licence agreement

Tadpole Technology plc ("the Company"), through its UK subsidiary Endeavors
Technologies Ltd ("Endeavors"), has signed a two-year Software as a Service
(SaaS) agreement with MiVISP, a UK supplier of managed services and content.

MiVISP, trading through its Jungle247 brand, in cooperation with leading
software brands such as Tiscali, Sage and Formjet, offers integrated content and
services for multi-tier distribution.

"We welcome Jungle247 to our growing family of SaaS partners," Peter Bondar CEO
of Endeavors Technologies said. "Jungle 247 has an established track record with
some of the great names in the software and services arena. Through these
partnerships and the use of our technology, they can provide compellingly
attractive solutions for small and medium size businesses."

Endeavors has supplied its Application Jukebox SaaS Edition product plus
engineering expertise to MiVISP. This will allow Jungle247 to enable a new
generation of  rental based licensing models to offer a  range of business
software solutions to small and medium enterprises.

Roger Walker, CEO of MiVISP  said " we are finalising the details with our
initial software providers and look forward to public announcements in the near
future. Having evaluated several different technologies, we are delighted with
the robustness and scalability that Endeavors Application Jukebox offers."

Jungle 247 has scheduled customer deployments from April 2008 onwards.
