Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Synergia Energy Ltd ( Synergia Energy or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 23 November 2022. A Notice of Meeting for the AGM is being prepared by the Company and will be announced and provided to Shareholders in the coming weeks.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with rule 6.2(e) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 6 October 2022. Any nominations must be received no later than 5.00pm (AWST) on 6 October 2022, at the Company's Registered Office.
