following update in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules
for Companies. Marcus Yeoman, non-executive director of the
Company, was a director of Diamond Lifestyle Holdings plc at the
time of its being wound up by a voluntary creditor's liquidation on
22 July 2008.
