                     SEP Industrial Holdings plc ("SEP")



On 29th November 2000, SEP announced that arrangements had been put in place
with a view to acquiring Integration Limited ("Integration") and as part of
these arrangements, it had agreed to lend Integration up to #1 million for a
period of up to one year, convertible into ordinary shares in Integration on
the occurrence of certain events.



SEP now announces that it has agreed to lend Integration up to a further 
#500,000 on similar terms.
