The following amendment has been made to the 'Holdings in
Company' announcement released on 13 August 2015 at 10.30 a.m.,

Following receipt by the Company of an incorrect filing from a
shareholder, the Company incorrectly stated that the Royal Bank of

set out in the "Holdings in Company" announcement released on 11
December 2014 at 10.18 a.m., under RNS number 4916Z.
