Update on proposals with Unicorn AIM VCT PLC

Further to its letter to shareholders dated 31 July 2015, the Board of Rensburg Aim VCT PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that a circular is today being posted to shareholders regarding the Company's proposed tender offer (the "Tender Offer") and the acquisition by Unicorn AIM VCT plc of the Company's remaining assets and liabilities in consideration for the issue of new shares in Unicorn AIM VCT plc by way of a scheme of reconstruction (the "Scheme").

The circular convenes two general meetings at which resolutions will be proposed to approve the Tender Offer and the Scheme. The general meetings will be held on 27 November 2015 and 12 January 2016, in each case at the registered office of the Company in Leeds.

The circular sets out an expected timetable for implementation of the Tender Offer and the Scheme (assuming the required shareholder resolutions are passed at the general meetings). The closing date and record date for the Tender Offer is 25 November 2015 and the Scheme is expected to become effective on 12 January 2016, on which date dealings in the shares on the London Stock Exchange will be suspended.

A copy of the circular has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
