   The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 13 July 2020 the 
unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 92.9 
pence per share. 
 
   The net asset value is stated excluding a final dividend of 3.0 pence 
per share. The final dividend will be paid on 7 August 2020, to those 
shareholders on the register on 10 July 2020.
