Winding-Up Petition 
 
 
Cambridge, UK, 19 February, 2009: Meldex International Plc (AIM: MDX), the Board 
of Meldex is pleased to report that the winding-up petition served on the 
Company by its former Chief Executive, Mr. Richard Trevillion, was yesterday 
dismissed at a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice. 
 
 
The Company is continuing discussions with potential NOMADs and will provide
