Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity
London, 20 April 2017 - Monchhichi plc (AIM: MCC) announces that
it has received notification from warrant holders to exercise
warrants over 14 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at an
exercise price of 80.0p per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange to admit
the 14 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new
ordinary shares is expected to occur on 25 April 2017. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares.
Following the issue of shares detailed above the enlarged share
capital of the Company will comprise 43,902,176 ordinary shares of
0.1p each.
The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
43,902,176. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
