Directors Subscription
Landore Resources Limited (AIM:LND) announced on 31 May 2019 it
had raised gross proceeds of GBP1m through a placing and
subscription of 142,857,143 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.7
pence per new Ordinary Share with new and existing investors in the
Company (the "Fundraising").
As part of the Fundraising, it was further announced that
certain Directors of the Company subscribed for the following
number of shares:

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
New Ordinary Shares and the Cenkos Shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. It is currently expected that Admission will become
effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will
commence on AIM, at 8.00 a.m. on 6 June 2019 ("Admission"). The New
Ordinary Shares and the Cenkos Shares will, when issued, rank pari
passu with the Existing Ordinary Shares.
