("JSM" or the "Company")

Suspension of Shares

As set out in the announcement released on 18 April 2012, the Company's shares have today been suspended from trading from AIM pending the result of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 9.00 a.m. (Cayman time) today (the "EGM"). If the resolution to cancel the Company's shares from trading on AIM is approved by shareholders, cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will take place at 7.00 a.m. (London time) on 23 May 2012. If cancellation is not approved but shareholders approve the liquidation, trading of the Company's shares will not be restored.
