Inmarsat announces retirement of non-executive director
The Inmarsat plc Board of Directors (LSE: ISAT.L) announces that
Mr Stephen Davidson has retired as a non-executive director of the
Company with effect from 19 January 2017.
Andy Sukawaty, Chairman, said: "Stephen joined our Board in 2005
when Inmarsat became a listed company. We have benefitted from his
wise counsel, inputs on strategy and diligence in the work he has
done with Inmarsat throughout his time on the Board. The Board
joins me in thanking him for his contribution and wishes him well
in the future."
