                     INCISIVE MEDIA PLC ('Incisive Media')
                                  BOARD CHANGE

Incisive Media plc, a leading provider of business information, today announces
that Peter Field will leave the group and will resign as a Director of the
Company on the 31 December 2003.

Peter Field said: 'I am delighted that the integration of Risk Waters Group into
Incisive Media has proceeded so quickly, and so smoothly. Now that this has been
accomplished I feel that this is the right time to relinquish my full time
responsibilities within the Group.'

Tim Weller, Chief Executive of Incisive Media plc, commented: 'I am very
grateful to Peter for his help in achieving a swift integration of Risk Waters
Group into Incisive Media, and I am delighted that Peter has agreed to remain
with the business at least until the end of the year to help further the
integration process of the two businesses, and to help bed down the new
management structure.
