("Inland Homes" or the "Company")
Director / PCA Shareholding
The Company was advised on 2 April 2019 that Nishith Malde,
Finance Director, transferred 165,000 ordinary 10 pence shares from
his personal holding to his wife, Mary Malde. He has also
transferred 31,000 ordinary 10 pence shares to his Qualifying
Non-UK Pension Scheme at a price of 59.5p per share. Mary Malde has
also sold 31,000 ordinary 10 pence shares to Nishith Malde's
Qualifying Non-UK Pension Scheme at a price of 59.5p per share.
Following these transactions, Nishith Malde's resulting
beneficial holding is now at 10,741,529 ordinary shares (reduced
from 11,360,029 following his son no longer qualifying as a
PCA).
The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements
of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail:
