At a general meeting of the Company held on 27 November 2014, shareholders passed
the proposals to wind-up the Company and Ashley Charles Paxton and Linda Maree
Johnson of KPMG Channel Islands Limited were appointed Joint Liquidators.

Pursuant to the Company's circular dated 29 October 2014 the listing of the
Ordinary Shares of Nil Par Value of the Company (ISIN GG00B4N5LG23)was cancelled
on 28 November 2014.
