Hirco announces that AL-PER Solutions Ltd, the administrator of NAM Investment Fund Ltd, a BVI fund ("the Fund"), has issued a notification today confirming that NOOR Capital PSC, a shareholder in the Class D Preference shares of the Fund, has invested on behalf of its clients in the Company.

NOOR Capital's total holding stands at 15,081,512 ordinary shares, representing 15.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
