Grant of Options
Issue of Equity & PDMR Dealing
HML Holdings plc (AIM: HMLH), a leading provider of property
management, insurance and ancillary services to residential
property blocks, announces that on 10 September 2018 a total of
1,040,000 options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of
1.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were granted to employees and
directors, pursuant to HML's employee stock option plan. The
Options were granted at nil-consideration with an exercise price of
33.5 pence per Ordinary Share and are exercisable between 3 and 10
years from the date of grant.

In addition to the grant of Options, the Company announces the
issue of 225,000 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") which have been allotted
pursuant to the exercise of employee and director share options
(the "Issue").
Of the Issue, Robert Plumb exercised 190,000 options over
Ordinary Shares at a price of 17.75 pence per share. His resultant
holding is 2,964,067 representing 6.5% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
Application has been made for 225,000 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected
to commence on 14 September 2018. The new Ordinary Shares will rank
pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission
will be 45,713,635. Accordingly, the figure of 45,713,635 may be
used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interests in, or a change to their interest in the Company under
the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
