Global Lock, the provider of security solutions to retailers and other organisations in China, announces that a notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders.

The Company will be holding its AGM at 2:00pm (Beijing time) on 12 August 2014 (Tuesday) at Fifth Floor, Building No. 1, Jinghuazhong Technology Industrial Zone, No.2 Jinlong Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

Copies of the AGM notice will be made available shortly from the Company's website, www.globallock.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
