The Company announces that David Rasche, Non-executive Chairman
of the Company, has today notified the Company that he purchased
14,695 shares in the Company at an average price of 338.875 pence
per share on 13 July 2017.
Following this notification, Mr. Rasche has a beneficial holding
of 855,473 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.56% of the issued
share capital of the Company.
