The Company was informed on 27 June 2007 of the following purchases of ordinary
shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):


(i) Gordon Shields, Chairman of the Company, purchased 650,000 Ordinary Shares
at 52 pence per share, representing approximately 2.5 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital);


(ii) Gary Stokes, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 25,000 Ordinary
Shares at 52 pence per share, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital); and


(iii) David Kelham, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 Ordinary
Shares at 52 pence per share, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital).
