Man Group plc - 2020 Annual General Meeting

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the related UK Government Stay at Home measures prohibiting, among other things, public gatherings of more than two people, unfortunately we cannot allow shareholders to attend in person our Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Friday 1 May 2020. Instead, we will hold the AGM via a live webcast, giving shareholders the opportunity to listen to the AGM presentation and ask questions of the directors. Voting at the AGM will be on a poll, based on the proxy instructions received in advance of the meeting.

Please note that shareholders joining the meeting by video link or by telephone will be on mute. However, if you would like to ask questions of the directors please either email agm@man.com by 9.00am on Friday 1 May 2020, or alternatively if you are joining by video link , pose questions during the meeting using the functionality in WebEx . Unfortunately if you join by telephone you will be unable to ask questions during the meeting.
