DISPERSE TECHNOLOGIES GROUP PLC ("the Company")


DIRECTORATE CHANGE


As of 7 January 2005, Neil Morley has resigned as a director of the Company.


Following his resignation, the proportion of the Company's ordinary shares held
by its Directors has fallen to 17.47%.  Mr Morley remains a significant
shareholder in the Company holding 8.22% of its issued ordinary share capital.


CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE


As of 16 December 2004, the Company has changed its registered office to Unit
10, Stretton Business Park, Barleycastle Lane, Appleton, Warrington, Cheshire
WA4 4QT (Tel: 01925 215555) and appointed Tony Williams, a director of the
Company, as Company Secretary.


DATE AND LOCATION OF AGM


The Company's AGM will be held at 12 noon on Friday 28 January 2005 at the
Capital Club, 15 Abchurch Lane, London EC4N 7BW.
