CINEWORLD GROUP PLC (the "Company")
The Company has today received notifications pursuant to the
requirements of Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation
(2014/596/EU) ("MAR") in respect of the following events:
On 23 April 2018, the following awards ("Awards") over ordinary
shares in the Company ("Shares") were made under the Cineworld
Group Plc 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") to the
following individuals, each of whom is a "person discharging
managerial responsibilities" ("PDMR") as such term is defined in
MAR:

The Awards granted pursuant to the LTIP were structured as nil
cost options to acquire Shares.
The vesting of an Award is ordinarily subject to continued
employment of the participant, satisfactory performance of the
participant over the performance period and the satisfaction of
performance conditions over a three year performance period set by
the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
The Notification of Dealing Forms provided in accordance with
the requirements of MAR in relation to the grant of the Awards
listed above are set out below.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations
under Article 19(3) of MAR.
