Director's Dealings 
 
 
The Company announces that on 30 March 2009, Paul Cassidy, Chairman, transferred 
a total of 10,750 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to 
Peter Cassidy, Joint Managing Director and 10,750 Ordinary Shares in the Company 
to Phillip Cassidy, Joint Managing Director both being the son's of Paul 
Cassidy. 
 
 
The Company also announces that on 22 April 2009, the wife of Paul Cassidy, 
Lynda Cassidy transferred a total of 12,125 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the Company to Peter Cassidy and 12,125 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company to Philip Cassidy. 
 
 
Following the above transactions: 
 
 
The beneficial interest of Paul Cassidy is now 2,537,750 Ordinary Shares 
representing 45.93% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
The beneficial interest of Philip Cassidy is now 60,458 Ordinary Shares 
representing 1.09% of the total issued share capital of the Company. 
 
 
The beneficial interest of Peter Cassidy is now 60,458 Ordinary Shares 
representing 1.09% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
