BLUE PLANET FINANCIALS GROWTH & INCOME INVESTMENT TRUST No. 7 PLC
Sale of Treasury shares and issue of shares to satisfy exercise of warrants.

Notification is given that the company issued 3,760 new 10p ordinary shares for
�1 each and in addition pursuant to the general authority granted by the
shareholders of the Trust on 2 August 2006 to sell Treasury shares of the Trust,
sold 820 Ordinary Shares held as Treasury shares at a price of �1.00 per share
to satisfy the exercise of warrants on 31 July 2006.

The Trust now holds no Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number of
Ordinary Shares in issue following the sale of such Ordinary Shares and issue of
new shares is 1,362,260 Ordinary Shares.

Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for the Ordinary Shares allotted and issued pursuant to the exercise of
Warrants on 31 July 2006 to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange.
