BEGBIES TRAYNOR GROUP PLC LAUNCHES BOUTIQUE ADVISORY PRACTICE,
BTG ADVISORY
Begbies Traynor Group plc ("the Group"), the business recovery,
financial advisory and property services consultancy, today
launches BTG Advisory; a new boutique practice providing
commercial, strategic and partner-led advice to companies,
investors, lenders and other stakeholders.
BTG Advisory is the consolidation of all of the Group's
non-insolvency service offerings, including BTG Financial
Consulting, into one unified business, creating a new, highly
specialised boutique advisory and consultancy practice, serving
clients both in the UK and internationally.
The business will deliver its services nationally via six UK
offices (London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Birmingham and
Bristol) and international assignments will be undertaken through
BTG Advisory in the UK and their international alliance, BTG Global
Advisory. The practice bridges the gap between the advisory and
consultancy services currently offered by the Group, while
providing clients with the broad range of professional services
necessary to provide viable, innovative and effective commercial
solutions.
Mark Fry, Head of Advisory at BTG Advisory, said:
"We are extremely excited to announce the launch of BTG Advisory
today, bringing together a specialist team of experts offering
boutique, partner-led advice across the full range of professional
services, from corporate finance and financial consulting to
litigation support, expert forensic consulting as well as
restructuring and turnaround advice.
"As well as our established national network in the UK, we also
have the capability to undertake significant international
assignments through our global alliance, BTG Global Advisory,
advising many leading banks, law firms, private equity and other
funds, bankruptcy debtors, creditor committees and operating
companies, across all continents and multiple offshore
centres."
