Announcement of Top Up Offer 
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the launch of Top 
Up Offer of up to 2,450,000 New Ordinary Shares in Acuity Growth VCT Plc. The 
Offer Price will be determined by reference to the last published net asset 
value of an Ordinary Share of the Company at the time of issue. 
Due to the Easter Holiday, the Offer in respect of the 2009/10 tax year will 
close on 1 April 2010 and in respect of the 2010/11 tax year on 30 June 2010. 
Applications in respect of the 2009/10 tax year must arrive by 10 a.m. on 1 
April 2010. Applications received later than 10 a.m. on 1 April 2010 will be 
deemed to be made for the 2010/2011 tax year.
