Directorate change

Alpha Strategic plc, an investment company specialising in financial services businesses, announces that Dr Nicola Meaden Grenham has stepped down today as Chief Executive. She will continue to act as a Non-Executive Director for the Company and has also agreed to become a consultant to the business to work on a number of specific projects, whilst being able to devote more time to her own company, Dumas Capital. The Company has commenced a search for a new Chief Executive. In the interim period, Colin Barrow, Chairman, will act as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive. The Board would like to express its thanks for the excellent contribution made to the business by Dr Meaden Grenham during her time in office and looks forward to working with her in her new role.
